✶ Verbal cues and props are always available as an alternative.
Photos & Recording
✶ Photos or videos may be taken during some classes for promotional purposes, but only with your express consent. You will always be asked beforehand.
✶ You may decline, or withdraw your consent at any time and ask for any published image of you to be removed.

About Yin & Restorative Practice
✶ Yin and Restorative yoga are slow, meditative practices. Holding poses for extended periods and sitting in silence can feel challenging, and strong emotions may arise. This is normal.
✶ You may rest at any time. If something comes up that you would like support with, the instructor can suggest qualified mental health professionals.
Health & Safety
✶ During class you will receive information and guidance from the instructor. Participation may require physical exertion and may be strenuous.
✶ Physical activity carries a risk of injury, including serious injury, and some practices may not be suitable for certain conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, pregnancy, and post-surgical recovery.
✶ You are responsible for consulting a physician before participating, and you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation.
✶ Please tell the instructor at the start of each class about any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy, so modifications can be offered for a safe and beneficial practice.
✶ Practice within your own limits and engage only in movements appropriate to your physical capacity. You may rest at any time and are never required to do any pose or exercise that does not suit your body.
✶ Singing bowl sessions are not suitable if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or heart condition, or have metal in the body.
✶ In a medical emergency during class, you consent to the instructor contacting emergency services on your behalf.
Assumption of Risk & Release
✶ By participating, you accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise from your participation, in person or online.
✶ On behalf of yourself, your heirs, and legal representatives, you waive and release Free Spirit Yoga and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, including those arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
✶ This agreement applies to all current and future participation with Free Spirit Yoga.
